Use this guide as your routine companion. Follow the directions on each product label for the amount and frequency of use.
A simple skincare routine starts with knowing what each product is there to do. For the Skinergy Beauty routine, the order is cleanser, serum, then moisturizer. During the day, sunscreen is an additional step—not something a vitamin C serum replaces.
1. Start with your cleanser
Use the Purifying Gel Cleanser first. Follow the directions on your bottle, rinse thoroughly, and gently pat your skin dry. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends starting with gentle cleansing before applying treatment products and moisturizer.
2. Serum before or after moisturizer?
In the Skinergy routine, apply serum before moisturizer and after cleansing. This order is a useful starting point for a skincare routine for beginners; always follow each product’s own directions.

3. Finish with moisturizer
Apply the Moisturizing Renewal Cream after your serum. Keeping the products in the same order can make your routine easier to remember.
Where does sunscreen fit?
Include sunscreen in your daytime routine and follow its label for application and reapplication. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. None of the three Skinergy products listed here is a sunscreen.
Do I need every step morning and night?
Follow each product’s own directions rather than assuming every product needs the same schedule. If you use a prescribed skin treatment, follow your clinician’s instructions about how it fits into your routine.
